The strengths of the tiger is ironically what's killing it. Treasured for its prowess as the apex predator of their domains, tigers are historically poached for their body parts perceived to be medicinal. With today's sophistry in weapons, tigers are easily slaughtered, losing their heads and coats for the brief thrill of people who know they cannot be held accountable.
